We recently completed a full garage door system replacement, transforming the function and curb appeal of this property. The project involved removing and disposing of a damaged 14’ sectional garage door along with an outdated opener system.

In its place, we installed a new 14′ Clopay 4050 insulated steel garage door in sleek black, featuring short panel single strength windows for a modern look with improved insulation and natural light. To ensure strength and longevity, we also installed new perforated angle iron supports for both the opener and the door.

The upgrade included a LiftMaster WiFi-enabled chain drive opener, offering remote access, reliable lifting power, and modern smart features. We completed the job with a new vinyl jamb weatherseal to protect against drafts, dust, and moisture. All old materials and debris were removed and properly disposed of—leaving the site clean and the client thrilled with the result.
