Rob and Charming Exteriors responded immediately to an emergency request on a Sunday. He quickly worked to fix the garage door and examine the automatic opener. Charming Exteriors did a fantastic job replacing the aluminum siding that was torn off during a severe windstorm last Saturday night. The storm ripped off a 9-foot section of fascia on the second story at the apex of my front façade. I contacted Charming Exteriors through their website on Monday to request an estimate for the repair and was contacted almost immediately. They provided a reasonable quote and made the deposit process easy, simple, and secure. We were able to schedule the repair for that Wednesday, which I really appreciated. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with excellent workmanship. I’m very pleased with the timely response and the quality of the repair. I just want to say that I recommend this company 100%. They are polite, helpful and explain things very well. Long story short my garage was installed completely wrong by another company, this company took the time out to explain what was done wrong, how they would fix it and the safety measures that were never done to safeguard my family. The tech arrived early and took care of everything. Properly installing my sensors and wires ensuring that my family and I would be safe when entering and exiting the garage. Their prices were very reasonable and I wish we would have found used them from the beginning.
