We restored security and functionality by replacing a damaged garage door lock system with a new lockbar, handle, and complete hardware set. The existing 8′ T-handle assembly was removed and upgraded with all-new components, including two new keys for reliable access.

To improve ease of use during manual operation, we added a step/lift plate to the exterior of the door. We finished the service with preventive maintenance, balancing the spring system and lubricating springs, hinges, and rollers to ensure smooth, quiet, and dependable operation.
