We completed a partial roof replacement covering approximately 700 sq. ft., which involved a two-layer tear-off. During inspection, we discovered the bottom layer of shingles had been installed sideways, and multiple plywood sheets were damaged. We replaced 7 sheets and tied the new section seamlessly into the main roof.

Using a premium GAF roofing system, the process included full ice and water shield installation, Deck Armor underlayment, step flashing, drip edges, pipe boots, and GAF Timberline architectural shingles for durability and aesthetic appeal. A ridge vent, seal, and hip and ridge cap shingles were installed using a 6-nail system to ensure long-lasting protection.
