We completed a detailed siding repair on the entire right-side wall of the home. The existing siding was carefully removed and reinstalled, ensuring proper fastening and long-term durability.
During the repair, we addressed a critical transition area by installing missing flashing where the neighboring roof meets the wall, preventing potential water intrusion. We also installed approximately half a square of new siding where material was missing and added new J-channel where needed to properly secure and finish the edges.
All areas were caulked where necessary to provide a weather-tight seal. Due to hard access conditions, the work required careful setup and precision handling over the course of three days.
The result is a properly secured, fully flashed, and sealed siding system built for long-term protection.
