This project featured the installation of two new Clopay Modern Flush insulated steel garage doors, each measuring 9×7 feet and offering a high R-value of 12.9 for superior insulation and energy efficiency. The sleek black finish and clean, solid design add a bold, modern touch to the property’s exterior.

We removed the existing sectional doors and outdated openers, replacing them with two LiftMaster WiFi-enabled chain drive trolley openers, complete with all components for smooth, quiet, and reliable operation. To ensure proper support, new perforated angle brackets were installed to replace damaged steel hangers.

The finishing details included the installation of new vinyl jamb weatherseal and color-matched caulking for a clean, professional look that enhances both performance and appearance. All old materials and debris were properly disposed of, leaving the site spotless.
