We performed an on-the-spot repair to restore security and functionality to a garage door with a damaged exterior lock. The outside locking handle and hardware were replaced with new components, including two keyed-alike keys for convenience.

To improve operation, we lubricated the door and moving parts, helping it open and close more smoothly. While the door is functional, we noted that it is showing significant wear, and future replacement may be recommended to ensure long-term reliability.
