Charming Exteriors completed a garage door upgrade in Warrington, Pennsylvania, replacing an outdated wooden garage door and electric opener with a new insulated Clopay steel garage door and LiftMaster opener. The project also included improvements to the rear garage door openings and new weathersealing.
The existing wooden garage door, electric opener, and related components were removed and replaced with a new 10′ x 6’6″ Clopay 4053 steel garage door.
The new door features:
A new rear hanger angle was also installed to support the door and opener system.
The existing electric opener was replaced with a LiftMaster 2220L chain-drive trolley opener equipped with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, security camera capability, and MyQ technology.

The rear garage openings were modified to accommodate two new 7’6″ x 6’6″ Clopay 4050 insulated steel doors.
The existing jambs were reduced to 7’5″ to accommodate the new doors. New rear hanger angles and associated components were also included as part of the installation.
All installation work was completed with the necessary components and mounting materials. The customer elected to handle disposal of the project debris.
