For this project, we removed the existing 9×7 garage door and outdated trolley opener, making way for a full upgrade. A brand-new Clopay 4050 short panel insulated steel garage door was installed, featuring classic plain short panel windows in white, paired with durable vinyl jamb weatherseal for added protection.

To complete the system, we installed a new LiftMaster chain drive trolley opener with a solid rail, equipped with all modern components including photo-eye safety sensors, a wall-mounted push button, and one wireless remote for convenience. The old materials were removed and properly disposed of, leaving the homeowner with a clean, safe, and reliable new setup.
