On October 28, 2025, our owner, Amanda, and Jordan Loveless had the incredible opportunity to speak with the students at Bucks County Technical High School. It was a truly humbling and inspiring experience — one that reminded us why community connections matter so deeply.

Standing in front of those students, Amanda saw the future of the trades — bright, motivated, and curious young individuals who are already taking steps toward building meaningful careers. She shared her personal journey of entering the industry with no formal trade background after high school and how that challenge became her greatest motivation to learn, grow, and succeed.

From starting out of her SUV with nothing but determination, grit, and a vision, Amanda built what would become Charming Exteriors — a woman-owned business in a traditionally male-dominated field. Her path wasn’t easy, but it was driven by passion, persistence, and the belief that hard work and integrity create real, lasting results.

During the talk, Amanda discussed what it’s like to run crews, manage projects, juggle multiple jobs, and stay organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. She emphasized how fulfilling it is to work in the trades — to build something tangible and take pride in seeing the results of your effort come to life.

The students asked thoughtful questions about co-op opportunities, challenges in the industry, and how to get started. Their energy and enthusiasm reflected a generation ready to step into the field with curiosity and confidence. Touring the school’s programs highlighted just how many hands-on opportunities are available to them.

For Amanda, this was a full-circle moment — standing before the next generation and saying,

“I started with nothing but a dream, and now I’m almost four years into building a company that reflects my values, my work ethic, and my heart.”

We’re so thankful to Bucks County Technical High School for inviting Amanda and Jordan to speak. Sharing experiences like these helps inspire future tradespeople to carve their own paths — even if those paths look a little different from the traditional route.
