We completed a detailed exterior roofing upgrade on a home in Philadelphia, carefully balancing historic character with modern durability. The project began with partial removal of existing slate and shingles, allowing us to properly assess and prepare the roof system.

We installed new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Cedar Falls, delivering a refined look with long-lasting performance. The home’s tower received targeted slate repairs, preserving its historic charm while reinforcing its integrity.

To complete the upgrade, we applied a full silicone roofing system across the main flat roof and all dormers, creating a seamless, watertight, and UV-resistant surface.
