We completed a comprehensive exterior maintenance and protection project focused on extending the life of the roof and improving overall weather resistance. The scope began with a full cleaning of the roof and exterior walls, removing buildup and debris to prepare surfaces properly.

A detailed roof tune-up followed, with muck and fabric applied where needed to reinforce vulnerable areas. All flashing and roof protrusions were fully sealed to prevent water intrusion. We then applied a silver coating to all flat roof surfaces, enhancing waterproofing and UV protection.

To complete the upgrade, we installed new fascia metal, custom-bent on a brake for a precise fit. New fascia capping was secured using proper fasteners and caulked where necessary to ensure a clean, durable, and watertight finish.
