We recently completed a beautiful porch upgrade for a wonderful family in Bensalem. The project included installing brand-new PVC trim on the posts, fresh white soffit with PVC accents, and repairing areas where the wood had rotted. Once the structure was secure, we reinstalled the siding to restore a clean, finished look built for durability.
A key part of this project was resolving a persistent leak that had been allowing water into the framing. After a thorough inspection, we discovered the issue: an upside-down piece of J-channel that was funneling water into the structure. By correcting this problem, we eliminated the leak and ensured the porch will stay strong and weather-resistant for years to come.
