Charming Exteriors completed a garage door opener upgrade in Deptford, New Jersey, replacing an outdated garage door opener with a new LiftMaster 2220L chain-drive trolley opener. The project also included updated low-voltage wiring, a new pushbutton, a programmed wireless remote, and preventive maintenance on both garage doors.
The existing antiquated garage door opener was replaced with a LiftMaster 2220L chain-drive trolley opener. The installation included the necessary components to provide reliable operation of the garage door.
New low-voltage wiring was also installed, along with a new wall pushbutton and one programmed wireless remote for convenient access.
As part of the project, Charming Exteriors also performed preventive maintenance on both garage doors. This included servicing the doors to help keep the moving components operating properly.
Preventive maintenance can be scheduled on a quarterly, annual, or biannual basis and includes visual inspection, spring adjustment, and lubrication of moving parts such as bearings, hinges, and springs.
All job-related debris was disposed of following the installation.
The project includes a 1-year workmanship warranty for residential overhead doors and operators/openers, excluding user error, as well as the applicable LiftMaster manufacturer’s warranty.
